In this warranty: “Adjustable Base” means the adjustable bed foundation manufactured for and sold by Bloome Home to an authorized dealer or directly to a consumer.
The Adjustable Base does not include the mattress. “Purchaser” and “You” both mean the consumer who is the original purchaser of the Adjustable Base. This warranty is not transferable.
“Warranty Commencement Date” means the date You purchased a new and unused Adjustable Base from an authorized Bloome Home dealer.
Bloome Home warrants this Adjustable Base to You on the terms set out below. All warranty claims must be submitted to Bloome Home in the manner described in the “How to Make a Warranty Claim” section below and must be received by Bloome Home within the applicable warranty period.

Once all coverage described above, including any purchased Extended Warranty, has ended, a Post-Warranty Replacement Benefit remains available for the life of the Adjustable Base — see Section 5.
For 5 years from the Warranty Commencement Date, Bloome Home provides full warranty coverage on all electronics in Your Adjustable Base, including, but not limited to, the motor(s), control box, power supply, remote control, massage motor, LED lighting, and USB charging port(s).
During this period, Bloome Home will repair or replace, at no cost to You, any electronic part found to be defective in workmanship or materials, and will pay all authorized labor and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.
For 25 years from the Warranty Commencement Date, Bloome Home provides full warranty coverage on the steel mechanism frame of Your Adjustable Base.
Bloome Home will repair or replace, at no cost to You, any steel frame part found to be defective in workmanship or materials, and will pay all authorized labor and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.
On motorized models, Bloome Home offers an optional 10-Year Extended Warranty that You may purchase to extend full coverage on the electronics described in Section 2 from 3 years to 10 years from the Warranty Commencement Date.
This matches the steel frame’s standard 25-year term so the entire Adjustable Base carries full coverage — parts, labor, and shipping, at no cost to You — for a full 25 years.
This option is not available for the BH 1000, which has no motorized electronic components.
A Split King or Split California King configuration consists of two physical bases, each with its own motors and electronics. A separate Extended Warranty must be purchased for each base to cover the full set.

The Extended Warranty may be purchased at the time of purchase or at any time before the expiration of the original factory warranty. Contact Bloome Home or an authorized dealer to enroll.
If at any time after Your Adjustable Base's standard or extended warranty coverage expires (Sections 2, 3 and 4), You experience a failure of any electronics or the steel mechanism frame that would have been covered under this warranty had it occurred during the applicable coverage period, You may purchase a new Bloome Home adjustable base at 50% off the retail purchase price.
This replacement discount offer is valid on any available model You choose.
The replacement unit is treated as a new purchase. It will have its own new Warranty Commencement Date and its own full warranty coverage under the terms of this document, including eligibility for the Extended Warranty described in Section 4.
Proof of the original purchase price is required to redeem this benefit.
Available for qualifying failures after standard or extended warranty coverage expires.

Provide a description of the issue so our team can determine the appropriate repair or replacement.
Any damage caused by You.
Any repair or replacement of Adjustable Base parts by an unauthorized person.
Mishandling, whether in transit or otherwise, physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or operation inconsistent with the Owner’s Manual and this warranty.
Damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords, or items supplied by dealers. Contact the dealer for warranty information on these items.
Any modification to the Adjustable Base without Bloome Home’s prior written consent.
Costs of unnecessary service calls, including in-home service calls made solely to educate You about the Adjustable Base or to locate a suitable power connection.
This warranty is void if the recommended weight limit of 850 lbs., including all persons, mattresses, and bedding materials, is exceeded.
This warranty is also void if the Adjustable Base is modified in any way.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is void upon transfer to a subsequent owner.
Any repair or replacement of Your Adjustable Base or its components under this warranty does not extend the applicable warranty period beyond the original Warranty Commencement Date. This limitation may not apply in jurisdictions that do not permit it.
Bloome Home will decide, in its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace a defective part.
Bloome Home is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damage, claim, or loss not expressly covered by the terms of this warranty.
This warranty does not reimburse You for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, or any other costs or expenses not expressly described above.
Bloome Home and its service technicians are not responsible for moving furniture or other items not attached to the Adjustable Base in order to perform service.
You are responsible for providing adequate space and accessibility to the Adjustable Base for service. If a technician is unable to perform service due to lack of accessibility, the service call may be billed to You and will need to be rescheduled.
Bloome Home makes no other warranty, express or implied. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded from this agreement to the extent permitted by law.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to You.
This warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
This warranty is valid in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
