Every Bloome base ships free, with freight included. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Freight is included on every order, nationwide. There's no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Adjustable bases ship via standard freight or parcel carrier, depending on size and destination. Most orders arrive curbside or to your doorstep — bring-in and setup services are not included unless noted on your order.
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipment, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything looks damaged or a part is missing, contact us at support@bloomehome.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
We currently ship within the United States only.
